Julie H. Shin received her B.A. from Northwestern University in Political Science, Legal Studies, and Business Institutions and holds NASD Series 6 and 63 licenses. Currently, she attends University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton Program for Working Professionals concentrating on finance and management, and completed Lincoln Financial Group’s accelerated leadership and management program. There, she received the Chairman’s Award for developing and executing an innovative business idea valued at $6 Billion. Prior to joining Lincoln Financial, Julie worked at Monar Consulting in the Chicago-area.

Shin is an active member of the community, and an especially strong advocate of the arts. She is a pastime violinist of 18 years and recently became a volunteer consultant for the Philadelphia Chamber of Commerce Business Volunteers for the Arts program. She enjoys translating her business development and strategy background into the non-profit sector.
