Neil Kleinman holds a JD from the University of Pennsylvania and a PhD from the University of Connecticut. He has been a consultant in publishing and media, marketing and new business start-ups. He received the University of Maryland’s Regents’ Award for Excellence in Teaching, the University of Baltimore’s Gordon College’s Distinguished Chair for Teaching, and the Distinguished Program Award from Maryland Association for Higher Education for the “Lab to Market Program.” He was named a “Technology Revolutionary” by The Daily Record and the Greater Baltimore Technology Council.

Kleinman met Rebecca when she presented at Temple University’s International Venture Fair in June 2004. He is interested in how The Rebecca Davis Dance Company effectively combines the creative side with good business sense.
